1) start a FB group to recruit volunteer fixers, team members, materials, and promote events.
2) reach out to the Duluth Makerspace as a potential host
3) chat with other Repair cafes about how they handle liability
Hello Phil! Thanks for your interest! Thus far, we've had one planning meeting, so we're just at the beginning stages. We hope to have our first repair cafe in December. We are going to create a Facebook group for the purposes of recruiting planning team members, local "fixers," and to promote the events.
