With our Fáilte Isteach group in Castletownbere we help migrants in our community to learn English and provide free conversational English classes just as more than 70 other communties in Ireland.
We would like everyone in Castletownbere and Beara to feel at home here, it's such a beautiful part of the world but without the language to socialise and get around day to day, it can be a very isolating place. We are here to help you gain a better understanding of English and also maybe make a few new friends along the way.
How to get involved?
We are currently looking for volunteer teachers to help out, drop me a line if you're interested in teaching and just meeting new people in your community.
