Great question, I try to keep a few empty 5 gallon buckets at the mail box of 936 white St SW. You can deposit compostable material there at your convenience. You also might be close to washington park and there is a bin there you can access. Agreed! I can't stop singing the benefits of decentralized composting. Financially and environmentally. Thanks for these stats. If they've got $$ like that to spend, would be great new types of jobs creator, localized composting. No curbside, no trucks!

My dream is that Atlanta will host so many local composting sites that we will all get a rebate since we will save so much money on waste dumping fees at the landfill.
