Designed specifically for farms with as few as two cows or five pigs, Sistema.bio's modular biodigester technology is easy to install and maintain. The prefabricated system includes all necessary components: reactor, gas lines, cookstove, and safety features. Installation takes just one day for smaller systems, with comprehensive training and ongoing support included.

Participating farmers receive the complete biodigester package, professional installation, user training, and follow-up technical support at 30 days, 90 days, and six months. The system produces up to four hours of cooking gas daily whilst eliminating harmful kitchen smoke and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 6-10 tonnes annually. The biofertiliser output—over 100 litres weekly—reduces reliance on expensive chemical inputs and supports regenerative agriculture practices.
