Navrhované: We'll kick off with an onboarding call (45 mins) to get you up and running, then you'll need to set aside time to prepare for and host your parent launch session. Boromi has established itself as a leader in family play education, winning the Teach First Innovation Award 2017, UnLtd Do It Award 2018, Let Teachers SHINE Award 2018, and Fair Education Alliance Scaling Award 2020. The organisation operates a UK-wide Network of Play® that has demonstrated measurable impact on children's development.
Research shows that Play Libraries positively impact children's language and communication skills, social and emotional development, and overall quality of home learning environments. Schools participating in the programme report increased parental engagement and children showing greater confidence in their communication abilities.
The system works on a termly rotation basis: play bags are delivered at the start of each term, families borrow them for 2-3 days at a time, and at term's end, bags are collected and replaced with new activities for the following term. This ensures fresh, engaging content that maintains family interest and participation.
Founded by Evie Keough, a former primary school teacher and mother of two, Boromi combines educational expertise with practical parenting experience. The organisation provides comprehensive support including onboarding calls, launch event planning, promotional materials, and ongoing guidance throughout implementation.
