Welcome to the Minneapolis Men’s Sheds on ChangeX! 

We're building the first Men's Shed in Minnesota where men, 55+, can come together to find purpose, friendship and member-chosen activities. 

We do this through creating a welcoming and inclusive environment centered around men working "shoulder to shoulder." Members  of the Shed decide on the activities to do together, bringing in their own Projects to work on, or just sitting-in to join the conversation.

At our next meeting on Thursday, April 6th, we will be continuing work on refinishing the 5 wooden benches for our April meetings. As usual, we will start our meetings at the Hopkins Activity Center (HAC), before going over to the Central Park warming house to work on the wood benches.

Once we finish the refinishing work on the benches, we hope to move outside on our following Thursday to do some light cleanup and landscaping around the Activity Center. Following that we are going to be doing some raspberry plantings around Hopkins.
