School Forest

Growing perennial crops is high on the agenda when it comes to solving our major challenges with climate change, carbon sequestration in the soil, biodiversity, nutrient density in food and increased intake of vegetables, berries and fruits. In recent years, several books have been published on forest gardening and perennial vegetables that show the diversity of edible perennial plants we can grow and eat even with Swedish climatic conditions.
