With Initiatives for Sharing, children and teenagers learn project management tools to launch their own community development initiatives, ultimately empowering them as agents of change.
Welcome to this fantastic dream we have been shaping and transforming into reality with thousands of teachers that have changed the lives of millions of children and their families.
We have shared our simple but powerful methodology to help teachers to strengthen their pedagogical practices. Through play, we have connected with children in their natural language to transform them into change agents.
I invite you to dream together and find how we can transform children's reality and practice the social-emotional skills so necessary to reconstruct the social fabric.
Welcome, and enjoy!
- Dina Buchbinder, Founder and President of E4S

In my role as Principal of an elementary school in Mexico City, I knew it was my duty to give my teachers and students better tools to face the challenges of the present and the future, and so, more than a decade ago, Education for Sharing reached out to my school. I admire Education for Sharing very much, since the methodology they developed significantly integrates teachers who are taught and trained in the same way as children and teenagers: through play and project management tools. This helps to empower our teaching methods by introducing us to an innovative methodology that allows us to create innovative ideas to benefit the entire educational community.
