It is the TRAINING process in the program implementation methodology. Once you are determined to be the implementer and you have the ability to replicate, then through VIDEOS OR SHORT INSTRUCTIONS, you are trained in how the methodology works. here you will be able to REVIEW the  LEARNING GUIDES that are implemented in schools.

Cooking allows the egg to go from a raw state to a digestible state, if we are creative when cooking, the egg will be appetizing and we can provide the right temperature for that it remains at the point where we want it.

here You can also request a virtual call with the PLANETA RURAL team to clarify any concerns you have regarding the methodology and implementation of the learning guides! This call is optional and you request it only in case that the tutorial videos cannot solve your concern or doubt.

This little finger peeled it:

Now is the time to ORGANIZE THE REPLICATE. We will meet by SYNCHRONOUS VIRTUAL CALL, or in person as conditions allow, to prepare live what is the replica of your implementation, and you will clarify all the doubts that What you may have about the guidelines and methodology.

The action of peeling the egg means that you are preparing everything you need and you are one step away from trying the egg.

and This fat rogue ate it:

It has arrived. the time to IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAM. This is your time. You put together your reply including the implementation schedule when peeling the egg, now is your time in action WITH THE BOYS AND GIRLS of your RURAL SCHOOL, the teachers and a hit if you manage to encourage Parents are also encouraged to participate.

In this stage, you implement the learning guides of the program in the school, with the boys and girls, and the participation of teachers, and in some cases parents.

Thumb toe naughtiness is the one that reminds us to experiment, try something new, laugh and be happy in all activities.

It's your time to ¡save the field¡ hand in hand with that beautiful rural community.

Wait! You may be wondering ¿…. And the salt?

5

This little finger added the salt:

For our implementation route, add salt, corresponds to the MONITORING AND SUPPORT PHASE in the implementation of the Experience. This happens simultaneously with the implementation stage, like when you eat a warm egg that you add the salt to as you spoon.  The monitoring is done via synchronous virtual spaces or via whats app.

At the end of the implementation we will also have a stage of evaluation of your experience, which is very easy and of great learning for you and for us. This evaluation activity includes a testimonial form and video.  It is asynchronous.

So,  was our little egg warm?

About Rural Superheroes

"For 2 months we implemented the rural super heroes program at the Colegio Río de Piedras Rural Educational Institution, in the municipality of Tuta Boyacá, through the process we impacted 110 boys and girls from first to fifth grade of primary school. The AGRICULTURAL CAPTAIN and AGROLINA taught them through their comics, the importance of caring for natural resources and the super power that each one has to save the countryside! Laughter and play were the protagonists in each session held, encouraging love and pride for their peasant roots, and the attachment to their territory."
