  • なぜ30日間チャレンジを行うのですか？

    「30日間チャレンジ」は、私たちChangeXのチームが、これまでのコミュニティ支援の経験をもとに開発したプログラムです。どんなコミュニティプロジェクトでも、最初の数週間で勢いをつけることが、成功へのカギになります。特に、最初の1か月以内にこのチャレンジを完了したチームは、プロジェクトを成功させる確率が大きく高まります。

    このチャレンジは、プロジェクトをスムーズに立ち上げるため、申請者が取り組むいくつかの簡単なステップで構成されています。地域に資金が用意されている場合は、これらのステップを完了することでファンドを獲得することもできます。 ステップには、指定されたビデオを視聴する、コンテンツを読む、ChangeXチームメンバーとのミーティングに参加する、支援を得るためにチームを結成する、最初のチームミーティングを開く、チームの写真を共有する、プロジェクトのアクションプランを提出するなどが含まれます。

  • ファンドは何に使用できますか？

    アイデアページでは、あなたの地域でそのアイデアに使える資金がある場合、「資金あり」と表示され、地域名が青緑色のボックスに表示されます。初めてログインしたときにも、もし地域に利用可能な資金があれば、画面上部に「近くの利用可能な資金」という緑色のバナーが表示されます。また、ChangeXのホームページにも、あなたの近くで利用できる資金が紹介されます。

    すべての資金が申請者に割り当てられると、新たに申請する人はウェイティングリスト（順番待ちリスト）に登録されます。すでに資金を受け取った申請者が「30日間チャレンジ」を完了できなかった場合、その資金はウェイティングリストの人に再分配されます。自分がウェイティングリストに載っているかを確認するには、ファンドのメインページをチェックしてください。資金が満額配分されているアイデアには「申請する」ではなく「ウェイティングリストに登録」という表示が出ます。
