Team Programme Malaysia equips young people with the confidence, teamwork skills, and practical experience needed to improve their livelihoods and contribute to their communities. Through a structured 9‑week programme and ongoing mentoring, participants develop communication skills, leadership ability, and real-world experience by delivering community projects.
Many young people face barriers such as unemployment, low confidence, and limited access to opportunities. Team Programme Malaysia addresses this by providing structured personal development and hands‑on learning.
The programme is designed for youth aged roughly 18–30, particularly those seeking direction, skills, or employment pathways. It combines team challenges, workshops, mentoring, and practical project work that helps participants develop confidence and transferable skills.
Participants work in cohorts of 25–30 people and collaborate to deliver community initiatives that create visible local impact.
After the core programme, participants enter a six‑month post‑progression phase that provides mentoring, targeted workshops, and support for micro‑enterprise or employment pathways, helping ensure long‑term impact and sustainable outcomes.
