About School Forest

"We have already started this project on a small scale with some preschools and schools. Our ambition is to increase the proportion of schools and preschools with a smaller planting of perennial vegetables and possibly fruit trees and berry bushes that contribute to living school gardens. The goal is to increase ecological literacy and increase curiosity among children about sustainable cultivation, new flavors and perennial crops. With multi-year perennial plants, the children's interest of planting has increased and the knowledge they got of this project they have been bringing back home to their families."
