Welcome to ER Teens by Earth Rangers! We believe that how we live and work together in our communities can have a HUGE impact on the environment -- and it starts with us. If you want to take meaningful action for the environment but don't know where to begin, we can help!
Earth Rangers will help you to identify opportunities for positive environmental change where you live, and then make that change a reality. We will be with you every step of the way to make sure your project is a success. This program is a great way to contribute to a cause you care about while learning the skills you'll need to become an environmental leader of tomorrow.

ER Teens is a program for youth aged 13 to 17, who want to take meaningful action for the environment but don't know where to start. We will guide you in leading an environmental action project in your community that contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, such as Climate Action, Responsible Consumption and Production, and Life on Land.

No idea? No problem! We will brainstorm with you to come up with a project that's just right. Whether it's campaigning for a local environmental cause like the electrification of school buses, or setting up a community composting system, or educating younger children on conservation -- the possibilities for making a difference in your community are endless.
With guidance and support every step of the way from our Youth Program Coordinator, you will plan your project, determine what a successful project looks like, create a timeline and budget, communicate with community members, and create an advertising campaign. You'll have access to a ton of resources such as templates for project plans, a guide for writing professional emails, tips for promoting your project in your community, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with teens across the country, and learn about their projects.
ER Teens will help you develop leadership, communication, and project management skills, while having a positive impact on your community and on the planet. Your project can also count towards your volunteer hours.
"The process of planning and creating these projects makes you ask questions and makes you learn and rethink things, and I think that's really important for kids my age. I could've just gone on google and asked it how to do things, but with this program, I'm totally in charge, I get to take my passion and make my own steps to complete, it's something I get to learn from and experience."
