    Use skateboarding activities to break mental health stigma and build community connections through three simple group activities that anyone can participate in, regardless of skating experience.

    Create a safe, supportive space where community members share personal stories, poetry, and songs to break mental health stigma and remind everyone they're not alone in their struggles.

    Want to have deeper conversations and build stronger connections with your community? Join a growing movement of people exploring mindfulness and connection through shared meals. The Mindful Meals campaign, powered by OpenSeat, provides a simple framework for hosting gatherings encouraging open conversation and support.
