We are also one of the biggest consumers of water in Europe at an estimated 160l per person per day. Small changes made by a large number of people will make a difference to the bigger picture. For example, if we spend 1 minute less in the shower, each person can save 9,000 litres of water per year (based on a 7 min power shower).
