Citizen science is not difficult, but it can make a big difference. With just the Sea Knights app and the Urban Knights AI app and an internet connection, anyone can easily follow our methodology and conduct citizen science activities.

Collect data while walking with the app. Just by observing, taking pictures, and recording the amount of trash on the street, you can create an accurate and comprehensive dataset that contributes to the quantitative analysis of urban waste. This data is used to create a map of the distribution of urban waste, identify areas of waste concentration, and derive trends in urban waste generation.

Urban Knights is open to anyone, regardless of age (adults must be accompanied by a minor), group (youth, club, community, neighborhood, etc.), or location (residential area, office area, alley, sidewalk, riverside, etc.), either alone or with friends, family, or colleagues. Raise awareness of urban waste through communication with local residents and create a better urban environment together.
