We have built/created a lovely den which we are starting to surround with plants and trellis including a beautiful jasmine.
Here is our Action Plan!
-We would like to start as soon as possible, it would be great to have completed by April in time for the children to take part in spring planting.
-£1600
-We would like to enchance the well being of all our school community and increase connectivity to and knowledge of the natural world. We would also like to encourage wildlife onsite.
-Our project will benefit all our pupils aged 0-11
-468 pupils and 87 staff members will benefit from the project.
-We will be making herbal teas, playing spot and jot games, going on bug hunts and tending the space in gardening club.
-We do not currently have trees in the space but would like to have some.
-We have access to water, there is a small wall mounted tap.
- We would like to install a water butt in the future.
-I can confirm we have full permission from the head of school to improve the space and for the team to lead the project.
