Invite five or more parents and caregivers to meet-up, share and support each other. By starting a meet-up, you will become the leader of your group and be responsible for organising your meet-ups and spending your funding.
All of the members of the meet-up will also receive 12 months of free premium access to the EasyPeasy app – an app for parents and caregivers with children aged 0-5. The app brings together the best ideas, advice, and inspiration from a global community of parents, experts, and parenting brands. In your meet-ups you'll be encouraged to create and share some of your own ideas on the EasyPeasy app, too.
The benefits of setting up your own meet-up include:
Access to funding
12 month Premium subscription to the EasyPeasy app
Support from your peers
Opportunities for your child to learn through play
Looking after your wellbeing as a parent is so important. Without it you can never be the parent you want to be. It’s been great to be able to share my experience with a community that does not judge. I’m going to continue to create more tips around wellbeing and sensory activities that have supported my family so far.

Isikhathi:
The meet-up leader will need to commit around 2-3 hours to set up their get togethers. Meet-up members will attend two, one-hour meet-ups in the community, and spend some time in between playing and interacting with the children at home.
