Phase 1: Planning and Preparation (July 2024 - August 2024)
• July 1 - July 15: Initial planning and project outline development.
• July 16 - July 31: Secure partnerships with local environmental organizations and recycling experts.
• August 1 - August 15: Finalize the design and layout of the recycling factory.
• August 16 - August 31: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
Phase 2: Factory Setup (September 2024 – October 2024)
• September 1 - September 15: Begin construction and setup of the recycling factory. • September 16 - October 15: Install recycling equipment and set up educational displays.
• October 15- October 31: Test all equipment and ensure operational readiness.
Phase 3: Program Development (November 2024 – December 2024)
• November 1 - November 15: Develop educational curriculum and materials on plastic pollution and recycling.
• November 16 - November 30: Train staff and volunteers on factory operations and educational content.
• December 1- December 15: Create promotional materials and outreach plan to engage local schools and communities.
• December 16 - December 31: Final review and preparation for launch. Phase 4: Launch and Operation (January 2025 onwards)
• January 1: Official launch event and factory opening.
• January 1 - January 31: Begin school visits and community workshops.
• February 1 onwards: Ongoing operations, including regular educational tours, hands-on recycling activities, and community engagement events.
Buget:
Our buget is $30,000 to make project to run, it will be used for

Impact:
The plastic recycling workshop will have a significant positive impact on the Richmond Hill community by increasing environmental awareness, reducing local plastic waste, and fostering a culture of sustainability among youth. It will empower students with knowledge and practical skills in recycling and environmental stewardship, contributing to a cleaner and more informed community.
Location:
The locaiton is at 85 Newkirk Rd Unit 2, Richmond Hill. It has all of permit for workshop.
