Here are some more pictures of the work that has been done so far.

The funding we received has been instrumental in bringing our school garden project to life.
With the support, we were able to transform an unused area of our school grounds into a thriving, educational school garden. What was once an empty, overlooked space is now a vibrant garden full of wild flowers supporting pollinators like bees and butterflies and creating a peaceful, natural environment for students and staff to enjoy.
In addition, the funds helped us purchase paint to refresh our school fence, brightening the overall appearance of our school grounds. We also invested in large plant pots, which have been placed around the school grounds to add greenery and create a more welcoming, vibrant environment
Community Impact:
This transformation has already had a strong impact on our school community. Students have gained hands-on experience in planting and maintaining the wildflower area while learning about biodiversity, ecosystems, and the importance of pollinators.
The freshly painted fence and large plant pots have uplifted the look and feel of the school, contributing to a greater sense of pride and care in our shared environment. These changes have encouraged more outdoor activities, increased student engagement with nature, and sparked interest in environmental stewardship.
Future Plans:
Looking ahead, we plan to expand the wildflower area with additional native plant species, install educational signage, and develop lesson plans that integrate the garden into science and art classes. We also plan to continue enhancing the school grounds by carrying out seasonal planting projects in the large pots.

The project has brought different classes together to give them the opportunity to share learning different outcomes. This included children with special educational needs. The children really enjoyed digging, weeding, planting and watching their garden come to life. The garden is now used as a learning space where children can carry out some of their school work outside. It also gives children a place for some quiet time during the day should they so need it.
