They offer young people the opportunity to run the club themselves in co-operation with adult volunteers. Typical activities at clubs include getting involved in the local community through clean ups, fundraising or local campaigns, getting involved in sport, music, games or just chatting over a cuppa, going to the cinema or outdoor activities. They're guided by trained volunteer adults who are especially recruited for their openness to sharing responsibility and decision making with young people.
