Coming up next week we have a wide variety of exercise classes to suit older adults. As always the 11am class is a more active session with classes including Strength & Balance and Exercise, COPD & Me for those with lung conditions. The 2pm class is a fully chair based class for less active older adults and suitable for nursing home residents.

🗣 Physical activity is so important for everyone and right now it's exceptionally important to give older adults and others who may be cocooning an opportunity to exercise in the comfort of their own home.
That's why we're back with our full schedule of LIVE exercise classes for Older Adults! Everyone is welcome! Our 11am classes are for active older adults and the 2pm classes are designed for those who don't usually exercise or are living in nursing homes.

What an exciting week we have coming up for Siel Bleu Ireland - Today at 9:30 we're Live on Virgin Media One Ireland AM - we have our LIVE classes with Healthy Ireland Libraries sessions in association with Kildare Libraries starting tomorrow - on Friday we're continuing our programmes for Irish Men's Sheds Association with the Exercise for Shedders! All of this in addition to our two daily exercise sessions at 11 and at 2!
We're also working on two new offers for you to access more physical activity and make it more personalised for you!! 👀 Keep an eye on out on our page here!!!
Who's ready for another week of getting active with Siel Bleu? Did you know the WHO recommends at least 150 minutes of exercise every week. Doing 2 or 3 of these classes will help older adults reach that goal during this period of cocooning. We've got some exciting new classes coming next week, including The Kitchen Sink!!

At 2pm Martina, the queen of fun fitness will be leading a Chair Aerobics class sure to put you in that Friday Feeling!!!
