We’re looking for a Measurement & Evaluation Specialist to join our growing team.

 

Role: Measurement & Evaluation Specialist

Location: Remote-first, with access to our office hubs 

Office Hub: Dublin or New York

Role Status: Full Time

Remuneration: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and location (approx €65,000 – €80,000)

This role: Measurement & Evaluation Lead

This role is an opportunity for a Measurement and Evaluation specialist to join ChangeX to design and implement an effective and efficient impact measurement strategy, working closely with community leaders and social innovators across the world to capture and communicate the impact of their work.

In this role, you will lead all impact measurement activities at ChangeX. You will be a core part of our Impact team and you will also work closely with the Partnerships team and Product team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of all impact, monitoring and evaluation activities at ChangeX, including overall strategic design and direction
  • Work closely with the Product team to support and input to the ongoing design and development of ChangeX technology with the goal of gathering data in a low-cost and highly efficient way from community projects across the world
  • Lead the development, design and submission of all impact reporting requirements for ChangeX partners
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual reporting of ChangeX social and environmental impact, for both internal and external purposes
  • Work closely with ChangeX partners to maximise the impact of projects and ensure optimal learning and feedback loops
  • Gather and analyse participant feedback data to measure, monitor, and improve the effectiveness of ChangeX activities
  • Establish mechanisms for rapid feedback and learning from the ChangeX community of project leaders, social innovators and funding partners
  • Keep abreast of developments in the sector and bring best practices in the measurement of social and environmental impact to ChangeX

We are looking for people who have:

  • A demonstrated commitment to community-driven change and a good understanding of social and environmental issues
  • 5+ years of experience in Measurement & Evaluation in a relevant field
  • Expert knowledge of impact measurement and assessment with experience across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, data analysis and report writing 
  • The ability to work through English and Spanish, ideally.
  • Strong empathy and ethical fibre
