We’re looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to lead key partnerships and impact activities, with a primary focus on the US and Europe.

This role
This senior role is an opportunity for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on partners based in the US and Europe. Sitting across the Impact and Partnerships team, you will play a central role at ChangeX, bringing deep market knowledge and the experience and track record to build and manage high-value partnerships.
You will work closely with internal teams across Impact, Product and Operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the organisational strategy. You will act as a key point of accountability for our funding partners, ensuring their programmes are well designed and delivered, and that internal teams are aligned to deliver a strong partner experience.
In this role, you will:
- Report to the Impact team lead and take ownership of a portfolio of partnerships across the Americas and Europe, ensuring successful programme delivery and a consistently high standard of partner experience.
- Lead partner delivery timelines and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Work effectively across time zones (primarily EST and CET), building trust and strong relationships with senior partners across the Americas and Europe.
- Act as a senior external representative of ChangeX, engaging with corporate and foundation leadership to maintain and deepen high-value partner relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues across ChangeX to ensure optimal learning and feedback loops.
- Support renewal and expansion opportunities by identifying partner needs, recommending next steps, and strengthening long-term value.
- Depending on experience, there may also be scope to contribute to new partnership development over time.
- Maintain accurate partner records and pipeline updates across internal systems, ensuring strong visibility and forecasting.
We are looking for people* who have:
- A demonstrated commitment to community-driven change and a strong understanding of social and environmental issues.
- Substantial experience in partnership management or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing and growing high-value partnerships with companies, foundations and non-profits.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong partner relationships over time.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience identifying and developing new partnership opportunities is a bonus.
- Experience working cross-culturally across a range of countries.
- Strong self-management skills and ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in English is required. Professional fluency in Spanish or another language is a bonus.
- Strong empathy and ethical fibre.
- High social and emotional intelligence and a strong team player.
- An entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial track record.
